There are several Cruise Clients to choose from.  Information provided is for illustration purposes.  Specific requirements are available for each client.


What To Expect

  • Inbound customer service calls from Guests and Travel Agents
  • Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, client's customers and/or Client's Travel Agent Partners for status and clarification purposes
  • Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client designated internal support departments or client account representatives
  • Upsell members additional cruise packages to enhance the member cruise experience
  • Document all calls, detailed resolution, and followup to actions

  • Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent, customer service
  • Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication

  • Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure

Hours Available:

Monday - Friday   7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. ET

365 days per year/7 days a week



Peak Days

Saturday, Sunday & Monday



Weekend Requirements

Eight (8) intervals on Saturday and/or Sunday or a combination of both



Pay:  $10.00 - $11.25 per hour   (depending on Client selected)
