I decided to start a Online Business Management company because my husband was in the military, and I wanted a business that could move with us wherever we were stationed. With over 20 years of administrative experience, I saw it as an opportunity to put my skills to good use. While I was marketing my business and looking for potential clients, I came across a company that was hiring Representatives to work from home on a permanent basis.

My initial plan was to work with them part-time while building my own business. However, fate intervened, and I ended up moving into a Recruiting position with the company, hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home.

​

I was thrilled to be able to help people secure jobs that allowed them to spend more time with their families, achieve work-life balance, and create their own schedules – things that were important to me as well. When my first grandchild was born, being able to control my schedule and not miss out on important events in her life meant everything to me.

​

Drawing from my recruiting experience, I expanded my business to contract with larger companies, offering independent contracts and work-from-home opportunities. Stay-at-home moms, college students, and those looking to supplement their income have all found success working with us.

Working from home isn't easy – it requires effort, commitment, meeting requirements, and delivering outstanding service to customers. But the rewards far outweigh the challenges.
