This is a remote opportunity to provide call center services as an Independent Contractor.

  • Provide inbound customer service for nonprofit organizations
  • Seasonal Independent Contractor opportunity
  • Collect caller information and donation
  • Answer calls using provided conversation scripts
 

 

Experience

* At least 6 months of phone experience, preferably call center related (listed on resume)

* Moderate level of computer knowledge

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher

* Must be self directed and self motivated

* Strong listening skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Previous call center experience a plus

 

Additional Information

* Training is self paced and online (The average time it takes to certify as an Agent is 10 days.)

* Self-scheduling (You choose your hours)

* Independent Contractor position

* Pay is based on talk time

  

   Successful completion of a background check is required.
