  • Efficiently guide conversations to resolve customer sales-related issues through inbound calls and chat support
  • Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
  • Provide timely and accurate information reflecting a customer oriented image 
  • Handle multiple tasks (i.e., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer)
  • Adapt to the needs of individual callers

  • Ability to interact with customers utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills as well as deep customer empathy. 
  • Excellent probing and listening skills
  • Proficient typing skills to handle multiple chats at a time, quickly and efficiently with high quality 
  • Agents that deliver white glove customer service on every customer interaction
  • Showcasing expert sales techniques and ability to overcome customer objection
  • Demonstrated capabilities on programs requiring navigation of multiple systems during a call to gather information and assist the customer

Hours Available: 

Monday-Friday 8:00 am–1:00 am; Saturday 10:00 am -12:00 am;  

Sunday 12:00 pm–9:00 pm

Weekend Requirements:

6 intervals (3 hours) required on Saturday and/or Sunday or a combination of both

Pay: $12.50 per hour
