Coffee Client

The Coffee Client is a premium, single-serve coffee brand of a multinational Swiss company, in which individually portioned aluminum capsules containing roast and ground coffees are partnered with specially designed coffee machines.


What to Expect

On a day-to-day basis, Service Partners can expect to:

•Positively interact with customers via phone, providing a premium service.

•Be a positive representative for the brand; promoting products, benefits & discounts available.

•Navigate multiple complex systems while researching and resolving customers issues or concerns.

•Provide troubleshooting and resolutions to technical issues with the product.


Skills of Top Performing Service Partners

• Use effective service and sales skills to offer products.  Be prepared to  meet sales targets.

• Ability to quickly adapt to constant changes in products, promotions and processes.

• Ability to absorb  and use new information quickly.

• Demonstrate active listening and communication skills to solve concerns.

• Making informed decisions to resolve issues and set follow up calls.

• Be genuinely interested in providing an exceptional experience.


Hours Available: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST


Pay: $12.00 per hour
