This is a remote opportunity to provide call center services as an Independent Contractor.
- Provide inbound customer service for nonprofit organizations
- Seasonal Independent Contractor opportunity
- Collect caller information and donation
- Answer calls using provided conversation scripts
* At least 6 months of phone experience, preferably call center related
* Moderate level of computer knowledge
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher
* Must be self directed and self motivated
* Strong listening skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous call center experience a plus
* Training is self paced and online
* Self-scheduling (You choose your hours)
* Independent Contractor position
* Pay is based on talk time
Successful completion of a background check is required.
